Unfortunately influence has made me forget the deadline of March 12, so I signed just today, but with enthusiasm, the appeal made by you,
feel deeply that even my own.
Because of this involuntary delay sending the thought that there is no longer the next day ... but maybe it's more thoughtful.
As I said earlier, I breathed the spirit of the conference on the 6th and 7th March was to real friends, united by common values \u200b\u200band common ideals.
Although the number of people registered to speak and the topics were all important, I noticed a deep respect for others, the ability to listen and to limit the duration of its action that rarely occurs in meetings and discussions in a so widespread, the ability to focus, despite the "marathon" without pause, was evidence of a strong motivation on the part of all. And that in itself is a fine example democracy and respect for the rights of others.
For me, I'm going to spread the call between friends, acquaintances e. .. unknown (in this pre-election period there are several opportunities to meet people with the same values \u200b\u200band principles) because I believe effectiveness of common action to raise awareness, people are looking for positive messages and concrete and "fog" which inspired a mondoconfuso, and has always formed a large mosaic of many small but gleaming tiles.
As a trainer of adults perceive, courses and seminars I lead, for young people in the master's degree in business and not so young, widespread uncertainty, a sense of unease, stemming from the complexity and turbulence of the world in which we live beyond the specific content of my courses perceive the request - implicit or explicit - of a search for meaning, a "compass" to navigate, to find in themselves an indication of what the company does not offer outside. It 's a topic that feel so strongly that they have written articles in the online journal of AIFA (Italian Association of Trainers) OFI learning News and organizing, in October of this year, as part of the Italian Association of Trainers Lazio, a conference by Title "Trade, Art or Mission?
